Scoria Prime

As an underground dwelling creature, the Scoria was first encountered when a mining excavation drilled through to the cave system it inhabits. Curious by nature, the Scoria immediately followed the tunnel to the surface, and began exploring the surrounding area. Lacking eyes, it is believed that the Scoria locates and tracks nearby objects utilizing other senses, with some hypothesizing that much of it's head acts as a sensory organ. When angered it's large claw-like appendages are capable of engaging multiple opponents at once.
