Next Island is the gentlest landing in Entropia Universe. You wake up on a beach at Paradise Landing, and the first hour hands you a gun and ammo, a finder with probes, a refiner, a healing tool and a jumpsuit, without asking you to buy any of it. On most planets you buy those from the trade terminal. That single decision is why Next Island is recommended to new avatars more than any other planet.
Past the beginner run it becomes a faction planet with a long tail of daily missions, four elemental drake species, and a portal to Ancient Greece, which is a separate world that shares the planet's mission list.
We hold 150 missions and 254 mapped places for Next Island, plus 170 blueprints and the protection figures for 11 armour sets.
The opening run
The beginner sequence is a walk, in order, and worth doing in order:
- Paradise Landing. The welcoming committee, then down to the beach, by televator or the stairs. The mining, hunting and crafting missions at the buildings there are where the free gear comes from.
- The chef on the roof wants fruit, stones and dung, which lie on the ground rather than dropping from anything.
- The race track, the black path on the way to Crystal Peak, is a Strider MK.I mission. Do it before you go exploring: the Strider decays fast when creatures hit it.
- Crystal Peak, up the winding stairs through the crystal cave, is the next cluster of brokers.
- The pet station north of the televator, marked by the L.A.R.A. and C.A.R.A. bots, is the only one on the planet.
There are sharks in the water. The sign warning you about them is real, and next to it is the Information Officer.
The five factions
Five factions run Next Island, and each has a V.I.P. lounge you have to earn your way into.
Loyalist, Stel, Haruspex, N.E.O. (the New Elysian Order) and Resa.
Each has an exploration mission that introduces it, a daily hunt that pays out that faction's armour blueprints, and its own furniture and decoration blueprint line. Trust Bridge is the mission that puts the whole thing together: learn the factions and build relationships with them. Above the factions sits Become a Legend, the planet's long-form achievement.
If you want the faction armour, the route is the daily hunts. Resa, N.E.O. and Stel each have one paying blueprints.
The drakes
The four drake species are the planet's signature hunt and each deals exactly one damage type, which makes armour choice unusually clear-cut here.

Each has a boss: Chillwing (166, 20,000 HP), Flametounge (231, 29,000), Necrosis (258, 32,000) and Tempest (346, 50,000), matching their species' damage type.
Two armour sets are made from them, and the sources say plainly which: Scourge comes from Snow Drakes and Arcticus from Vulcan Drakes.
Elsewhere on the planet the size range is wide. Papoos start at level 0 with 10 HP and are what most people learn on; Megalodon sits at level 640 with 170,000 HP.
Getting around
Next Island has 58 teleporters, more than most planets, and many of the names are the site authors' own rather than the game's. Where a waypoint the community publishes carries a label like Bustamite Forest 3, that label is the only name the spot has, and we kept it. Those places are recorded as points of interest.
What is missing from our data
- Armour and plate upgrade recipes. The material lists are readable but nothing inside them says which upgrade tier they produce. The tier could be inferred from the material each consumes. A guessed crafting recipe is worse than a visible gap, so they are out.
- Vehicle specifications. Seven bumpercars share a single source file with nothing distinguishing them.
- Seven armour protection tables whose set name we could not recover. Eleven were recovered and are on the wiki.
- 32 locations are recorded as points of interest because nothing in the source says what kind of place they are, and 3 creature records carry a review flag because several species share one page.
