Maybe later On interacting with the adjacent Teleporter: On interaction with a Teleporter, the Map GUI should pop up and to the left of the map is a list of all your currently available Teleporters. Teleporters are unlocked when you interact with them in the world. You can choose which Teleporter you want to go to either by selecting a name from the list or by clicking on one of the blue dots on the map.
