Fill the kill meter for the IFN Clearance. IFN Killpoint Challenge - Wombana, give access to Warehouse room 1. IFN Killpoint Challenge - Navi, give access to Warehouse room 2. FN Killpoint Challenge - Badger_710R, give access to Warehouse room 3. IFN Killpoint Challenge - Togolossi, give access to Warehouse room 4. (you do not need to do them in order, but you need to be a Smuggler to get access to the warehouse). Head back to the Smuggler NPC on the 2nd floor and turn in your IFN Clearance progress. Congratulations, you have now access to the IFN warehouse 4 different instance rooms.
