Talk to Joe about obtaining Oratan pheromones. Turn in 35 ped of Arkoin for 5x [Oratan Pheromones Emitter]. Head over to Repulse firebase. Head over to the spawn point and the waves will start. Congratulations, you have now spawned Oratan mobs.
