Go to IFN Supply Depot and talk to NPC Nina. Head to Resolute Firebase and talk to Commander Sertris. You can now travel to the puny islands. Carabook lvl 4 - 10HP. Gallard lvl 0 - 20HP. Hornet lvl 3 - 10HP. Monura lvl 3 - 10HP.
