I am not 100% sure but that is not correct. Evil will give 211 peds worth of tt parts and the bp requires 100 ped. So every evil amp will give a bit more then 2 clicks. L bps give 40-50% success usually and as such it is not really as expensive and the slime is worth a minimum of 1-2k peds if not more.
