The Entropia Universe Assistant answers questions about our tracked data and about how Entropia Central works, in plain language, and returns tables and charts alongside the answer where they help. It is available to premium members.
It is worth being precise about what it has access to, because that is the difference between a useful answer and a frustrating one.
What it can see
| Data | What that means |
|---|---|
| Globals | Every recorded global, HOF and ATH: avatar, type, value, creature, land area, team, date |
| PvP actions | Recorded kills, with attacker, defender and weapon |
| Trade messages | Public trade chat: author, channel, content, date |
| Avatar profiles | Lifetime totals from our statistics pipeline |
| This documentation | Every page in this section, as the text you are reading now |
So it can count, total, rank, filter and compare anything in those data sets, over any period we have data for. Questions like which creature produced the most globals last month, how one avatar's activity compares between two periods, or what was traded in a given channel are all within reach.
Questions about the site itself
It also reads this documentation, so anything explained here it can answer: why a global might be missing, what earns leaderboard points, how to set up the tracker, how custom notifications and webhooks work, what premium includes, how to become a wiki maintainer, what the public API offers.
Answers to those questions come with a link to the page they came from, so you can read the whole thing rather than take the summary on trust. If a topic is not documented, it says so instead of guessing at it.
What it cannot see
The wiki is not included. Item stats, creature data, blueprints and land area details are not part of what the assistant queries. Ask it what an item does and it cannot tell you, because that data is not connected to it. Use wiki search for those.
It does not know the game. It knows what our database recorded and what this documentation says. It has no view of markup, the state of the economy, how to play, or anything Entropia Universe never broadcast.
It only knows what was tracked. Every limit in how globals are tracked applies to its answers too. It reports what is in the database, which is not the same as everything that happened in game, and an answer about totals is really an answer about recorded totals.
Asking questions it can answer well
Name a period. "March 2026" or "the last 30 days" is much better than "recently", which it has to guess at.
Ask for one thing at a time. It handles a comparison between two periods well. A question with four unrelated parts tends to produce an answer that addresses two of them.
Use exact avatar names where you can. It can resolve a name it is unsure about, but an exact one is faster and unambiguous.
Ask it what it has. It can describe the data available to it, including which values exist and what date ranges are covered. That is the quickest way to find out whether a question is answerable before spending time refining it.
Ask how something works, not how to play. "How are leaderboard points awarded" is a question about this site and it can answer it. "What should I hunt to make a profit" is a question about the game and it cannot.
Answers, tables and charts
Answers lead with the number or the finding rather than a preamble. Where the answer is a list or a breakdown it comes with a table, and where it compares groups or shows a trend it comes with a chart. It also suggests up to three follow-up questions, chosen from things the same data can actually answer.
Conversations
Conversations are saved, so you can leave one and come back to it, and the assistant remembers the recent turns within a conversation. Start a new conversation when you change subject; a long transcript that has wandered gives it more to misread.
You can delete any conversation from your history.
Limits and errors
There is a daily message limit per account, which depends on how you got premium: 25 messages a day on paid premium, 5 a day on premium earned through wiki contributions. Each message costs us money to answer, which is the whole of the reason the two differ. The counter resets at midnight UTC, and the assistant shows what you have left.
If a message fails because the underlying service is unavailable, nothing is saved and your quota is not spent, so retrying costs you nothing.
Accuracy
Treat it as a fast way to query the database, not as an authority. It reports what the data says, and the data has known gaps. For anything that matters, the same figures are available directly through the site and the API, where you can see exactly what is being counted.
