RockTropia is the loudest planet in Entropia Universe. It was built by NEVERDIE Studios around a music theme, and it commits: the dragons are named after musicians, the castle belongs to Motorhead, and a nightclub sits at the centre of the map. Underneath the theme is a planet with an unusually large amount of mission content, much of it kill-count work that runs into the tens of thousands.

It has no in-game Codex. Everything you earn here comes from missions instead, which is why the mission list matters more on RockTropia than on most planets.

## Four areas, four coordinate spaces

What players call "RockTropia" is really four separate places, and their coordinates do not overlap. That trips people up when they paste a waypoint that will not work.

| Area | Coordinates look like | How you get there |
|---|---|---|
| RockTropia mainland | `136229, 85005` | Land normally |
| Hell | `39400, 19700` | Drop-down menu at any teleporter |
| Hunt The THING | `39090, 20330` | Drop-down menu at any teleporter |
| Secret Island | `38220, 22350` | Separate area, ND 500 Raceway |

On this site each of those is its own planet, so [Hell](https://www.entropiacentral.com/wiki/locations?planet=hell) and [Hunt The THING](https://www.entropiacentral.com/wiki/locations?planet=hunt-the-thing) have their own location lists. Every RockTropia location is also tagged `rocktropia`, so you can pull the whole sphere together in one filter.

## Where the missions are

The mainland missions divide into a few clusters.

**Creature missions.** Roughly thirty of them, one per creature family, each from its own broker. Several share a giver: the seven gravestones beside the Evil Cathedral teleporter hand out the vampire missions for Foul, Werewolves, Phasms and the four dragon families, and the workout equipment at Muscle Beach park covers Atrox, Daikiba, Hiryuu, Rippersnapper, Sumima and Thieves.

One thing worth knowing before you start at Muscle Beach: **the 5 Pound Workout from the 5lb dumbbells blocks every other workout mission while it is open.** Finish it first or leave it alone.

**The zombie progression.** A long chain, and the reason most people come to RockTropia. It runs phone sequence, then The Road to War, then Boot Camp, then the National Guard, and ends at 15,000 zombies. It has its own page: [unlocking the zombie chain](https://www.entropiacentral.com/guides/planets/rocktropia-unlocking-the-zombie-chain).

**The prison.** The largest single block of content on the planet, around 40,000 kills across four tiers, and it has rules that will kill you if you do not know them. Also its own page: [the No Way Out prison](https://www.entropiacentral.com/guides/planets/rocktropia-the-prison).

**Police Academy.** Three missions from Lt. Funk, open once you have finished The Road to War. Graduating makes you a ROCKtropia Police Officer and hands you a Police Radio, which is what activates the daily police calls scattered around the map.

**Hell.** Five kill-point missions against demons and Kongs, all near the Club Hell Landing teleporter. Two of them conflict: taking The Great AI War blocks Duty Calls, so take Duty Calls first.

## The radio is load-bearing

Two separate items gate large parts of the planet, and both break.

- The **B.A.M.F Tactical Radio** from Boot Camp 5 must be in your inventory, at the top level and not inside a container, before the final kill of every National Guard mission. Without it the mission bugs and you have to abandon and restart it.
- The **ROCKtropia Police Radio** from Police Academy III has to be working for the daily police calls to activate.

Both are repaired by Mobile Mike at City of Dreams. There are two mobile stands on the planet and only that one does repairs; the stand at Noobs Noobs Noobs does not.

## What is missing from our data

Two groups of missions are recorded on the wiki as brokers only, with no mission pages, because the source we transcribed from names what you kill but never names the mission:

- **Ten ore mining missions** from the Thieves skeletons at Club Hell: Blausarium, Lysterium, Zinc, Belkar, Iron, Grunge, Nirvana, Mai Tai, Techno and Mojito.
- **Eleven creature missions** at the ND 500 Raceway Market on Secret Island, covering Death Drake, Mountain Boar, Papoo, Petit Papoo, Pirate Skeleton, Shark, Snow Drake, Storm Drake, Village Boar, Vulcan Drake and Wild Boar. All of them were recorded as broken.

We would rather show a gap than invent a mission name. If you know these, the wiki is editable.

## Credit

Almost everything on this page and in the RockTropia mission data came from a single consolidated forum thread maintained by **Fyrs**, who spent years collecting coordinates, kill counts and reward figures that exist nowhere else.
